When you need a repair, we are committed to delivering premier customer service. It is our highest priority to get the job done right the first time on every assignment and communicate with our customers.
We are frequently solicited by corporate handyman and contractor referral services (like "Angi's" etc.) to sign up ($$$) or bid jobs. We feel our customers should not have to bear the added costs/commissions of us paying for these unnecessary "services".

- HANDYMAN WORK: $35 PER HOUR
- ELECTRICAL WORK $45 PER hour.
- UNDERFLOOR OR ATTIC OR ROOF WORK: $45 PER HOUR
- BACKHOE WORK (Winters area only) $90 PER HOUR from my yard and back here. Holes, ditches underground pipes, conduits, wiring, tree holes, etc.
- PARTS AND MATER

- PARTS AND MATERIALS SHOPPING: 3/4 hour per trip locally within 15 miles. This would typically include ACE and Home Depot. Most repairs will require at least one shopping trip. Complex repairs can require several trips to suppliers and possible delays from internet ordering. If you wish to do your own shopping and have the knowledge to get the right materials; I will be happy to give you a list.
- TRIP CHARGE (job not in Winters): 1/2 hour charge one way for North Solano & Davis. Vacaville, Woodland etc. 3/4 hour.
- Dump/Landfill trips: large pickup $55 plus fees (typically $20-$80) plus loading time. Add 4' X 6' trailer for $40 plus fees.
- Insurance estimates $45.
- Major remodel/construction consulting and supervision: $45 per hour (flexible depending on job duration). Minimum consulting charge is 1.5 hours.
- Welding/cutting etc. call for current pricing.
- Backhoe work $90 per hour.
- Construction blueprint services: Please call for quote.
- Chores/Local shopping: $35 per hour.
- Accepting Venmo and PayPal.
- Payment due at time of service, once a week for larger jobs. Cash or check. Please see "Terms of Service" below.

Terms of Service:
Hourly rates: We will not generally provide estimates or bids (although, there are a few exceptions including insurance claims). Due to the nature of repair work, it is normally impossible to accurately predict unforeseen problems.
Materials: Customer agrees to pay invoiced cost of materials when delivered to jobsite. Materials estimated to cost over $30 require a CASH advance of the estimated amount. We agree to not mark up materials and will provide original receipts from Home Depot, ACE Hardware etc.
We do not use our credit or process checks for job materials. If you want to shop with me and pay for materials feel free to come along. If you have the knowledge to shop for materials I will give you a list.
Permits: It is the customer's responsibility to obtain and pay for any necessary permits. Water heater and electrical panel replacements always require permits. Most repairs DO NOT require a permit but, please consult your local building department prior to undertaking major work.
Scheduling: Urgent situations always receive priority and we may change our schedule to service those customers.
Payment: Payment for labor is due at the conclusion of a task or weekly, whichever comes sooner. For non prompt payment or bounced check; property owner will receive a mandatory 20 day California Lien Notice. Property owner agrees to pay ALL costs of filing and removing non-payment liens against their property.
